will i burn an exhaust valve if i do this


i unbolted the castback and i wanted to start the car with an open x pipe i still have the res. and the cats. so if i start it would i burn the exhaust valves?

no. You'll only burn them if its open shorty headers.

+1 4.6L engine dont have enough CI's to sound good with open headers/no mufflers... It just lacks the displacement.

IMO, if you have anything smaller than a 5.0L i wouldnt run it w/o mufflers... just annoying.

it sounds like i have a slp exhaust or something i am going to get cutout idk if it takes away some of the power it sounds cool
