That intake is supposedly worth 20 over stock. But the rest of your mods are going to add up to 10 at most. So you are looking at around 250 at the crank and 200 or so at the wheels.

I want to know which intake you use

a 05 intake wont work on a 2V motor.

ya srry bout that i got sick earlier and wasn't thinking straight

what i meant was that the guy at the dealership told me its the same basic design (intake that is) for the new mustang with the aluminum crossover except has 2 valves
if that makes sense

(damn cold) got this damn splitting headaches was cause me not to think straight

umm, your motor is a 2 valve, the 01-04 PI motor was a 2 valve, and the 05+ are 3-valve.

if your intake looks like this, it's a PI intake

if it looks like this, then it's an 05+ intake (this is the underside)

The guy may have meant your intake is non-pi but with the aluminum crossover (most had a plastic one that cracked alot).

Aluminum gives ya like 50 horsepower compared to the cheap plastic crossovers

Lol, the aluminum doesn't add any horsepower. If you had this done at a Ford dealership, my guess is they probably put on the npi intake. It's kind of hard to tell if you haven't seen both in person.

a 05 intake wont work on a 2V motor.
Why not ? Im just reading this and i cant find where he said an 05 manifold. But he can use a 2005 2V intake manifold. Seems to me there are alot of OTHERS on here that dont know what they are talking about nevermind the origional poster.

Yeah 200rwhp tops and 14.9's with a good driver.
