PI Cams!


i'm looking into buying some pi cams from this guy locally. the cams are out of an 04' gt with 70k miles. what will i need to install these in my 98?

New cam gear bolts. and valve cover gaskets, and some tools.

99-mid 01 had press on gears.

you will also need the ford tool

100 bux for that thing.......damn

when i did my cam swap, we didn't use the tool, i physically held the chain in place while my friend swapped them out

Thats how I plan on doing it with GTdan too, kinda. But im not buying that tool.

i wasn't about to go out and spend money on a tool i was only gonna use once, maybe twice.

and matt, r u talking about ur swp or GTdan's, cause i think it would be easier to assemble the heads and cam while they were off the car, easpecially considering the valve springs swap too

no the cams are press on, so im going to keep the on the NPI cams and then put in the windsors.
