transmisson upgrade

i have a 1998 mustang with a t 45 but i am going to get a engine from a junk yard and rebuild everything and aiming for about 400 to 500 HP. but i don't think that the T 45 can handle all the power so i may have to upgrade. SO

Is their a rebuild kit for the t 45 that has like forged gears or something? and if not

what transmisson would handle that type of power. T 56 or another trans.?

would i need to change the bell housing and the driveshaft or just the yoke to the driveshaft?

if anyone can help me out thanks

I would go with the TKO 600 personally if i was gonna build a car. Thats probably what i will eventually put in my car. The T-56 would be nice but you also have to do some other little things to get it all hooked up
