Ya twin screw is much better than the roots supercharger. If your going that route go with kenne bell.

Novi 2000 FTW

Centrifugal Superchargers make for a faster car.

kb no longer makes them for the gts, sorry, they where discontinued awhile ago.

and if u want ALL AROUND PERFORMANCE EVERY WHERE U GO, kennebell is the way to do it. if u wanna stay outta boost when u dont want to go fast, the novi 2k is a great street kit, so is the d1sc(intercooled, best thing available imo), and the vortech t trim.

but if u want a base kit, the p1sc or p600b is decent and the v1 strim is good aswell. all will add power, but how much do u want is the question.

my vote is kennebell, i rode in a kenne bell cobra, and comparing 6lbs of boost on that to the 8lbs of boost in my buddys v1 powered cobra did it for me. kennebell ftw...

and i hope your not just asking this question based on hopes and dreams, and actually have the ability to purchase one in the near future. i hate questions like this from guys who stay on the boards for 1 week then vanish...

Kenne Bell is quite popular for our 4valves, and twin-screw is as reliable as any system comes when talking superchargers. I've seen as high as 500hp off of as little as 6lbs of boost on early 4 valve cobras, or converted GT's.

Actually I've had the money since the summer but I wasnt sure what would be a good choice. I also wanted to wait until I had a problem with what I thought was my engine solved first (which some of you may have seen in my other post) before I went out and purchased a supercharger. Otherwise I think it would have been a waste to get one before I had the problem fixed...
