if your gonna buy a blower don't get CAI, it'll just be a waste of money cause blowers replace that. Save your money and use it towards the S/C

the supercharger can damage the motor if the car is not tuned properly. i can't emphasize how important the tune is when it comes to running any power adder. you might want to rebuild the bottom end of the engine before getting the S/C. it's not a must, but depending on how much HP you plan on making, you will need forged pistons, rods and a crank. making lots of power with these cars is fairly easy, but it ain't cheap, and doing it right will cost you more up front, but will save you in the long run. have a plan for your build, then build according to your plan...
as for maintenance, S/C's that are internally lubricated, like Procharger and the new Paxton SL's require their oil (not the engine oil) to be changed. not sure at what intervals, though.

Supercharger better than NOS. And Ford did offer Paxton SuperChargers on the 1966 Mustangs.
