Power Pulsing

I have a 97 cobra 4.6 supercharged by a vortec v1 and I downshifted from 5th to4th and noticed my car pulses with power , it should have just went like lightning from 80 to 120 but it developed this problem, I just put the car back on the road after rebuilding the rear end and trans and changed the air condenser and fixed the input seal in the vortec,I didnt have this problem before but I also had the check engine light on and changed the o2 sensor also, and broke the two rear o2 sensors installing the trans so 3 out of 4 are new,is it possible that the rear o2 sensors are switched or what should I replace first? it was wet outside on the freeway.any suggestions would be apreciated ,thx

Check your intake and MAF and Throttle body. Their might be a small block.

I changed my plugs to ngk v and put msd wires and msd coils on and i have more power up to 5000 rpms then it backfires and misses like crazy. what ever is going on is going down hill fast .

got a bank 1 o2 rich code after i got back to my garage and erased it and found that the only o2 sensor i didnt change heater ma was 600 and the other 3 o2 heaters are drawing 1000 ma, would that affect my spark or fuel mixture at 5000 rpm

well a dynoguy told me my spark plug gap was wrong so i looked up the supercharger manual and found I was running the wrong plugs .020 to big, now I know that it is possible to blow a spark out ,and will pay more attention to page 1 in installation manuals.
