Parking Problem
yea so ive never had a standard gt mustang soo when i park my buddy told me to leave on 1st and if im on a downhill to put the emergency brakes. or... can i just leave it on N and put the emergency brakes on? help plz

i like to put it in gear and also put the emergency brake on. no matter what. its juts a habit. you can back one or the other up. if your parked and only in gear and someone hits you it can pop out of gear and roll and hit someone else. if the e brake is on itll stop the car even thoguh the gear is out
