So Lost....

Ok so I'm putting Comp 270's in my PI heads will beehive springs and steel retainers all the good stuff like that. I keep hearing that I can degree the cams so I can avoid piston to valve contact, but then I hear that I gotta flycut my pistons. Can someone clear up my mass confusion. I planned on degreeing the cams 5 to 6 degrees, but now what do I gotta do.

Thanks

no u dont

you just have to degree them so that they arnt advanced. Its not that hard. It just is for the first time, its time consuming and requires special tools. And i personally thought it was 6º not 4º.

And will Shane really grind you a cam straight up?
