Got a spare DOHC motor

Hey! My dad has a spare DOHC motor for his Mark VIII. Completely stock out of a 1998 Mark with only a bent rod. the engine also only has 800 miles. After some talking with him, he is allowing me to modify his motor and install in my car in exchange for the current motor in mine. I know I need to change the crank and will be upgrading the rods and pistons. Other than that, what suggestions would you have that I can do to this engine? I have been thinking about getting a set of cams and p/p the heads. Are the heads any different between the engines? What about the intake? They look to be two completely different designs.
