Looking for engine builder

My 97 Cobra is really showing its age and could stand a face lift. Having not raced in 15 years or so, I also miss the drag strip. I had a Cartech turbo LX with a factory stock 5.0 back in the mid-90s that ran mid-11s. I loved that car, so my first choice is building my Cobra to be able to handle 900 HP or so and slapping on an HRPP twin turbo kit. This is primarily going to be a street car, but I may make it a full time race car down the line (hence the desire to build the engine to be able withstand lots of power).

Can any of you recommend a good engine builder in the DC area who knows about turbocharging the 4.6 DOHC and can put together a good package?
