no 2v PI motor will make those numbers unless it's got some serious cams in there. Ported heads with Stock PI cams are worth 5hp....., it's the combo of the 2 that really makes power.

ACMiller, pushed about 348rwhp with a fully worked motor. Cams, heads, block, bolt ons. But ACMiller is mad scientest when it comes to these cars, and not many have scene his results.

I'm not trying to single u out, I'm trying to tell u to go tell ur friend to stop talking shit. A 99% NPI GT is a joke to a stock PI GT, let alone 1 with full bolt ons.

So, in conclusion, either ur friends got heads/cam or he's talking shit. Have him sign up to the sight dude, and show us his car. If he's for real, he'll have no problem logging in for 5 minutes to shut me the fuck up.

look at me, i have saved and in 5 weeks ill be doing my whole Ported and Polished PI swap with custom cams. Its going to dyno over 300 i hope and will be a blast on the street. It just takes patients.

My heads went in last weekend. Just gotta wait for the snow to clear to put em on n dyno.
VT stage 2 cams and Manley valves. Should be lots of fun. Just gotta save! Or ask mommy and daddy?

if your dissappointed in your 2v motor, dont swap in another 2v... go 4v or dont bother pulling it out. on the other hand, if you do the cams and intake(take one weekend outta your school year, spend 300 bucks on parts and start wrenching, its not difficult) you would be where your friend is as far as performance more then likely(because he is lieing to you). who cares about mileage, having a new motor wont make your car worth more, y replace it when nothing is wrong with it? i say cams and intake, and then pick up randogts blower... 12s will be attainable in your vert...

I think it possible, who said it isnt a 5.1 street fighter stroker, b/c i have a buddy that rolls around here that has that setup with factory h/c/I and I guess its his compression or what but with FULL bult-ons its dyno was 315RWHP
