FMU Delete? Is It Possible?
my s/c 4v motor was doing a powerstand today and the car would not idle after that, I drove it home (50 miles) and looked at the plugs, changed the coils to msd again and the car still didnt idle, played around with the iac and ran koer tests and then the car suddenly decided to idle again, but it was an eye burner from the exhaust fumes. the idle sometimes pulses and sometimes is steady. took the car for a ride and it had more power than when before I did the powerstand, actually more power since i changed the plug gap and i thought it was running good, but now I have that power pulsing problem again so i think it has to do with the fmu,its the only thing left to change, is there a way to get rid of that thing and i know now that i need a fuel psi gauge but have problems coming up with funds right now, any ideas?

check the intake bolts. somtimes when they are not tightend all the way the car runs and shake the bolts even more loose wich would cause a little air leak.
