ticking noise

i had a mechanic friend to tell me my previous ticking that i couldn't find is some sort of valve under the dash ticking. he said not to worry about it. if anyone has this similar noise coming from under the dash hit me back. later pony lovers.

nvr had this problem and after reading a haynes manual front to cover a few times, theres not even anything i can think of thats really behind the dash.

Driver side or passenger side?

Either way theres not much behind there that would tick that i could think of. passenger side has the heatercore stuff, left side is just the odometer stuff.

I have to replace my heatercore but i'm going to wait till later summer fall to take care of it, prolly going to get my dash painted at same time to restore that new look.
