Thanx... The only thing i did diffrent was had custom gaskets made to bring my compression back down!!!

Do you have any idea how much the gaskets lowered your compression? I would imagine they would be pretty thick.

they are cometic gaskets and they are .o51 thick thats all i know!!!

Probably so he could go s/c without worrying about his engine going kablooey.

Congrats dude. I'm gonna be doin mine in a week or so... as soon as my gaskets and stuff get here.
Has anyone heard anything about the lokar dipstick tube? Some guys on another forum said to get it...

Hmm... made of high quality? Where can I get some of that stuff?
I've got my stock npi dipstick (not sure if it's any different), the pi dipstick off my donor engine and the one that comes with the frpp package. Surely one of these will get back in there? o.o

the stockers like to break when being bent. And the PI one and the one in the kit will work, but the Lokar will make for a 5 minute install instead of 3 hours cursing ahd bitching from what I hear.
