Electrical Problem

So on sunday my car died and i needed a jump. Drove it half way home and it died again. Got another jump and got home. The battery is a year old. I havent driven the car the last few days because i dont wana be stranded on the side of the road. The car starts every time that i try to start it but will sometimes die when i put it in drive with accesories on. I dont not have subs or anything else extra running off the power. i have tested the battery and alternator with a multimeter. WHen the car almost dies the alternator is pumping out 13.26 volts. when car is off the battery is at 12.3 volts. Now the way i understand it is that a battery should be between like 12.1 and 12.6 volts and an alternator should be pumping out 13 to 15 volts on a normal car. Does the alternator on a mustang need to pump out more or what?? Can you guys help me out?
