VSS gear or Speed Cal?

Which one did you guys do to calibrate your speedometer and if it was the gear did it work? I am all about saving some bucks and if the gear works I want to do the gear but if not I will be going with the Speed Cal.

the gear works but the speed cal works much better

Get the speedcal if your going to fix the speedo. Gears can be off by as much as 10 mph so screw that lol

I am strongly leaning that way since the one person I asked about their gear replacement is still about 10mph off. I am mainly concerned with my odometer by the way and I know it fixes both so that's cool.

yea, my odo reads almost 154k and i have 3:73's and no knowledge of how long those gears have been in there, or for how many miles, so i probably have a lot less mileage on the car.
