1996 mustang gt automatic


just bought a 96 mustang gt.
im 17 and i dont know nothing about muscule,
just imports.right now i want to make it loud.
any suggestions dont wanna spend to much money..
would taking off the resinator make it loud?

yes. i hate to tell you but your just about have to spend money if you want loud. anything other than stock (power, sound, handleing, everything) costs money

some nice mufflers will give you some growl, but to get loud you'll need a midpipe and a set of mufflers. my car came with flowmasters and i picked up an o/r x-pipe for free. thing was loud as hell but sounded horrible. but as the saying goes, there's no such thing as a free lunch.

Get an offroad H pipe, SLP1's and dumps, it will be plenty loud. My car is louder than my friends honda with a huge ass coffee can

i ran a k20 hatchback and it killed me so bad.
i need to upgrade really soon.!

you're gonna need more than exhaust to run with swapped civics. sorry v8 sounds a helluva lot better, but if you wanted bolt-on cheap fast you should have bought a 5.0 or better an ls1. the you pay alot for your fast with the 4.6

its in good condition engine exterior and interior- conv.
