long tubes

So ive been wanting to put some long tubes on my 96 but i was wondering how much of a clearance issue underneath the car i would have....how far will they hang down....also...i had a set on my fox and they kept frying the starter wires because of the heat....will i have the same problems with this if i was to put them on my 96......one final thing.....i heard somebody saying that you cant pass emissions with lts...but ive never heard of that being an issue...is this true

BBK makes a great set I have them on my 98 and clearence isnt an issue and mine came with new oxy sensors and high flow cats so emissions shouldnt be an issue either look up the kit....

yeah that was the one i was looking at...i didnt think the emissions would be an issue but i just had to ask somebody...thanks on the clearance question

hey black sunshine do you have an exhaust clip of your car? Im right in the middle of putting on my bbk long tube headers, bbk catted h pipe, and flow 40s! Exact same setup and im wondering how it is going to sound.
