i just clicked 71,200......

and about the compression....... it all depends on what ur long term goal is. U can make a 300RWHP car turn 12 second 1/4 miles (at sea level) on all motor, or u could go Forced Induction.

Compression doesn't matter on motor, and Nitrous loves it. If your s/c or turbo'd, u might not want the higher compression in the end.

yeah i know, i just dont know if i want to do a ton of work to this car.... id rather have a 4v but a built 2v is also bad ass. lol nope im stuck with auto. lol

I'd rather have a 4v too.....

but realistically, take some time and think about it.

U can either sell the PI cams in the heads for a quick hundred, get a nasty set of vt cams and have them installed into the heads, then do the head swap. With a decent exhaust u'll make 275+rwhp.

or u can just do PI cams and INtake like me, and slap a vortec on down the line, and sell cam less heads to someone looking to do option a.....

yeah i bout the pi swap compete heads and complete intake off an 01 with 30,000 for $400 and im just gonna sell em to this guy for $475.... i would use the cams but the are press on gears and i dont want pi heads. im just gonna do pi intake and vt 2's and some head porting... what you have all done to ur stang

if u use stock heads, ur going to need new springs, and offset retainers....

i put that kit on the hardest thing was the bolt on the back of the motor to change the coolent line didnt have to change the w/p nipple either

Rebuild in process....PI Heads P and P'd, Manley valves, Ported PI Intake, 75mm Plenum and TB, 24 Lb injectors, SCT dyno tuned, O/R xpipe, Merit Mufflers.
