vibrations

last night i was comming home from a college and on the turnpike doing about hmm 65 i feel a vibration on the drivers side im not sure front or back...just its on the drivers side...at first i felt like it was maybe bass from a song because it was on and off like every few seconds, shut the radio off it still did it...took it up to about 90mph and it only got worse...i rotated my tires last week could this be the problem? i have direction tires and i just put the back on the front and front to the back...and the rear tires that are now on the front were alot more worn then the others...any ideas?

First check the most basic and see if all of the lugs are still tight. Not being a jerk but that stuff happens.
