questions about a 00+ engine in a 98gt

was just wondering if there would have to be any changes in the wiring harness anywhere if i drop out my 98gt engine for a change over to a 2000 plug gt engine

No, just swap your ignition, wiring harness, etc., to the 00gt motor. You will need an updated alternator bracket to fit your alternator on the aluminum cross-over PI intake.

ya very little to change and the pi gains u find a good price on 1. i found a cobra wrecked for 750 w/ good motor/trans sold already i was pissed i was gonna put it in my 98
