Until you calm down you get NO help!!! it is a very easy process..... Go slow when drilling use alot of grease on the drill bit and tap.... take a chill be calm and it will be ok ........the key is to take your time.

I could have sworn i just replyed to this but i guess not. lol
You should have done youre homework before hand. You need to drill and tap before you install.
You have some choices here.... 1. remove the manifold and drill and tap. 2. Drill and tap in car, which i DONT recommend. Ok. 3. remove youre block drain and install the sensor there. You have to lenghten youre wires, but it works. The block drain most of the time is under youre drivers side exhaust manifold. No need to remove the manifold though. TLGRANT : Yes the drill tap size i cant remember but if you look in these 96-98 post section i actually tell you the size when i do the"HOW TO" on installing the PI manifold on a NPI car. It IS pipe thread. So remember that. I would suggest just taking youre manifold and sensor and asking a machine shop to drill and tap. Tell them you have no clue what size and they can figure it out. I have done it for friends and cost me all of 15 dollars. Hope this helps...
