best way to clean injectors?


i posted in the 99-04 forum but no one would help. whats the best way to clean my injectors? they are off of the car.

If you had a solvant tank, that would be the best, but realistically you don't so just soak em in a container with solvant in it.

well you learn something new everyday. im 18 it was just a thought my shop teacher one time in shop cuz we had a car with really dirty injectors and the person didnt have money to buy new ones so my teacher took them in solvent for a little and they were pretty good

Yea that really cleans them out really well. Stuff works amazing, wish i had room in my garage for a tank.

we have like three in my shop and like 7 throughout the school. the haz mat guys are at the school like every week cleaning them

there supposed to come in and clean out the tank and change the barrel regularly or the solvent wont do its magic by as well and it would take longer to clean.
