But i would not waste my money on a 4 point. Get a 6 point with swing out doors or even soild doors. 4 point is useless IMO>

same here. as soon as i get all my plans straightened out and figure out how fast i'll be running, that will determine whether it is 8 or 10

+100

go for the swing out door bars with a 6 pt. some of them are NHRA legal and some of the door bars can be completely removed too

with some of the 6 pt kits, you can still leave the back seats in place, or you can even go with a rear seat delete for more grocery room

I've got a vert, with the top down i'd feel it would look tacky with the rear seat delete.

verts aren't meant for track cars, and mine isn't going to be one. But i'd like to be able to make a sub 12 second pass, and for that, i need a bar.

I understand what your sayin matt but i dont want to loose any function of back seat or anything. It is not going to be a track car so I want to keep it more of a dd. Plus I have a wife and kid. I need the seats in the back in place. If you see any 6 points where it doesnt effect the back seat please send me a link.

Man, that is freakin sweet:

But I can't go that hardcore. Daily driving would be a major pita.

I would still like a solid 4 point, to go with my crossbraced subframe connectors. I can't see how it would be a waste of money????

it'd be cool to not be required to run a rollbar/rollcage but rules are rules and i guess it's a downside to having a fast car haha

yeah true but if I take it to the track and they kick me off for going to fast with the wrong roll bar i will just make the adjustments and move on. Like I said I am not going to be running it at the track all the time. Mostly some car shows and what not. But my car is going to be quick also once i put my new heads and cams in i just bought
