help with headers


i bought some bbk longtube headers with a off road x pipe and i still havent had them installed after buying them almost two months ago what is the hardest part of putting these headers on from underneath the car

Patients.

They are not hard at all. It just is time consuming because you have to take the K member down to do it easily.

They're not going to install easily any way you look at it. Take your time and line up your favorite swear words because you're going to get bored of using the same ones over and over, be creative and make some new combos to swear with!

take the k-member out...use floor jack, block of wood under front oil pan....that will cut the cuzing in half.........

u can always just undo the motor mounts at raise the motor a lil bite..but still time consuming...IMO headers are a waste of time unless u are non-n/a

IDK what they did. Put it all on at once, but open headers with cams is Better than sex.... Wait ive never had sex, but i can imagine.

ya i dont know much from under the car i know it sounded dumb lol my bad is it where the oil pan is located at around in that area

its the whole front suspension and what the motor mounts to and the steering. here is a picture.

It could be done in a weekend no problem. And a day pretty easily if you know what ur doing. And it took me a month and a half to get the head swap done and the K member because of issues...
