'98 engine swap

I am thinking about putting a 2003 mach 1 engine in my '98 gt I know i will have to replce tranny also if i do this does any one have any ideas of what i should expect to run in to as far as problems i will have to work out as far as computor and such ? will i have to replace that also?what about electrical problems and such as far as wiring harness?
i know it can be done and i have done a lot of engine swapping allready but not sure about this one. if anyone can help me out with what i can expect to run in to i would appreciate it. Thanks;Dav98gt.

im pretty sure someone on here did the swap a couple months back,if you can get a hold of him,or do some searching,he would be the guy to help you.

i have a question. are u getting this from a donor car. i just did a regular 03 motor swap but i used my computer and coil packs. i think if u do that u will need to do the computer wiring harness and the coil on plug conversion and the whole fuel syestem. i think our car has the returnless fuel system which 99 and up doesnt have that or maybe im a lil backwards. but to me the best thing u could do is by a donor car so that way u will have evrything. if u can find a good low mileage car thats not to bad of damage for like say11000 thats a great deal. that way u can use the interior too. . oh hey theres a guy in here that did my motor swap. if u want i could give u his name. wish u luck
