No its not that big of a deal. I actually got them from another member and he did the work. He has a good rep for these things. I just was wondering if there were anything you guys saw. I believe in his work. He has been a great business man. I am sure he will make sure they are all good before he sends them to me. Plus he is putting in custom cams and Ferrea Stainless valves, Viton valve seals, Manley springs, and bronze valve guides from MMR.

Mine were about 20 minutes of work cleaner than in that pic (I was only worried about the head surface - I could care less about the chamber, it wass gonna get black as soon as I fired the car up anyway)

mine

looks like the part of the combustion chamber with the lip on it with the exhaust valve, is missing. that could cause problems.

I think thats the exhaust valve let me check for sure.

It's the intake valve shroud. It's not cut for flow- there are other reasons to cut it down. Also, I don't know if Boomer would appreciate you showing pics of combustion chambers that he has spent countless hours designing and working on for everyone else to rip off.

I made sure the picture was resized so it can't be copied easily and I also did a picture before he was completely finished.

But by taking offthat intake shroud doesn't that cause problems?
