i looked under my car and it has a h-pipe on it does that come stock?!?!

it has a factory h-pipe, been that way for years

yep factory but aftermarket is SO much better

Does anyone know where i can get a stock H-Pipe for 96-98 GT ??? i need to find a stock one cause im having a problem with my modded one... anyone have suggestions? something cheap?

I just threw mine out because it was rusted so bad to the point where it could not be put back on...

eBay should have somthing...

yea an x pipe only makes the sound different from what i hear...i now that the h has a deeper more aggressive tone to it...i've gottan x and its super raspy and high pitched...as far as power goes i think they are about the same.

what kind of problems? you shouldnt really have anyproblems...there are no mechanical parts that go into an h pipe...the only thing i could think of is that you might have a leak...that can be fixed with a couple of welds...maybe the company that made yours has some kind of warrrenty...i wouldnt go back to stock...no chance.
