ok here goes.... plz help!

I have a 98 Mustang GT. Nothing really done to it other than 3.73 in the rear and a total suspension overhaul. With my OD slowly approaching 200k miles i think it just might be time to do the engine. I have dibs on a 01 crown vic. 4.6 with the P.I. heads. I also have a set of P.I heads on the side. My questions are how much HP. and Torque i will make with the engine swap and a good set of Street/Strip cams or more aggressive (i love a good lope) plus intake and exhaust..... the other question is ... is it worth porting and polishing these P.I. Heads

If you take the crown vic 4.6 and get P&P heads with a set of cams and full exhaust you should see 300 rwhp and depending on your setup up possibly a little more than that. And yes it would be worth portings and polishing the PI heads

that depends on alot like your tires and what kind of suspension you have. Id say with a good set of tires and good driving mid 12's
