96 cobra motor to 99 cobra motor

I am looking at a 96 mystic mustang that the guy says has a 99 cobra motor in it. the car has 165000 miles on it and a ton of upgrades. the guy says that the miles are high because it had 4.56 gears and the speedo was not calibrated. Is this possible? he says it has 4.10 now and the speedo has been calibrated.

I might be trading the f-350 for it.
here is the list of upgrades he says it has:

FS/FT 1996 MYSTIC COBRA.
1996 Mystic Cobra w/ black leather interior
1999 Cobra engine and trans.
X-Cal tuner with motor and nitrous tune saved
JLT Intake
Boost-a-pump and not sure whats in the tank
Long tube headers
Xpipe
2 Chamber flows
Spec stage 2+ clutch
UPR adjustable cable and quadrant
AJE tubular kmember and a-arms
UPR coilovers and cc plates
UPR bumpsteer kit
Solid lower/boxed upper rear control arms
Tokico HP struts and shocks
Eibach Drag launch rear springs
FRPP slotted and cross drilled front rotors
4.10 gears
Phantom II gauges(water temp/oil pressure)
Alpine Cd Player
MTX sub and amp in trunk
Stainless steel rear bumper inserts
18" saleen wheels(rear 2 real)
New water pump
New a/c condenser

It's possible but he'd have had to driven for a long time like that for it to make a huge impact. 4.10's put you about 15mph over so I am not sure what 4.56's would put you to. Whatever it is you have to figure out how much faster the odometer was rolling over to get an idea of how many miles the car actually has. All that being said I don't know that I'd trade an F350 for it.
