Cam and Intake Install

I'm fixing to do the PI intake and Cams swap. I have the cams and the intake. I will be buying the Coolant Tube and the Gaskets for the Intake. What else do I need? And what tools do I need? I don't have any of the special ford tools, do I need them? I want to make sure I can do each part in a weekend without having to go to the parts store at all if I can help it. I also would not like to have to buy any tools if I can help it. I have torque wrench and sockets, I have universals and all that stuff. I just don't have any ford special tools like the ones for holding the cam and that crap. Is it something I could do with a buddy? I would like to do it this weekend if I can.

I also want to know. Where do I get Cam Bolts? Aren't mine the torque to yield ones? if so, where do I either get replacements or better ones?

just mark the rear of the camshaft with a paint pen before you remove the timing chain tensioner. Then have a buddy hold it still with a 3/8 drive extension. The right one will move, the left one will not. The camshafts relation to the valvetrain is not important on the npi head you are taking off. It is crucial on the pi head you are putting on.
