Throttle Body SpacersWould there be any benefit to putting this on a stock 4.6? Or is it one of those need to have 350 hp or FI to make it worth while? Thanks

Scott, I have one and it has proven to do some benefit on a head cam car, just not your car...

They're okay if they would come with the spring for the throttle body. when it was installed the throttle body spring makes the throttle body stay open making it redline one it turns on. also the fuel rail i think gets in the way. I once say a kit with the plenum and throttle body spacer but i didn't see any difference in power from the stang.

The stock spring works just fine. The problem I had was that the fuel rail makes contact with the cruise control knob on the throttle body. This results in the throttle sticking about halfway open. You can cut off the cruise control knob and it will work fine. I had the lower spacer installed as well though, you may be able to clear the fuel rail with only the throttle body spacer installed.
