My friend has a 1995 5.0 and there is a nasty miss in the low rpms but when you get above 2500 it clears up. He already changed plugs, wires, etc, but we were thinking maybe the O2 sensors. Anybody have any ideas.

I bet its a vacum leak. Vacum leaks will only show up at low rpms. They dont show up at higher rpms. Reason being because when you stomp it or go to higer rpms vac gets lower. If you had a vac gauge or boost gauge you could literally see this happening.

Check for vac leaks especially the hose to the pcv valve. Located on the lower intake towards the rear of the engine. That and the hoses under the upper intake can sometimes come off.
