ID for ECU and other controls 97 4.6 GT

I need to ID the different ( computer control boxes) for the 97 GT I just got the main ones are the one under the passenger kick panel (silver Natural color) with three plugs ..Im assuming it is the main computer but I need proper terminoligy for each part..ECU, body control module ETC.. also the small black box out under the passenger front fender in front of the tire ..some one told me that controls the fuel pump circuit?
I need to know what that one is for sure and also is the ABS module the same for all Mustang models or different between V/6-V/8 models as mine I believe is shorted out (the ABS lamp is on whenever the battery is hooked up but when you unplug the module it goes off)...
I know what most of the modules are I just am not used to Fords (im a GM tech) so im not up on them any help is appreciated ...
