i beleive in that write up when it's said a NPI cam will make more numbers in a PI head i believe he was referring to an afermarket NPI cam.....

could be wrong, but thats how i interpeted it.

Swapping the cams at the same time is actualy easier than keeping the npi cams. You have to remember that the vavetrain and cams do not have to be removed from the heads to do the swap. If you want to keep the npi cams you will have to remove them from the heads you take off the car, and then reinstall them on the pi heads you are installing on to the car.

ya i think if ur not gonna use the PI cams on PI heads, u might as well get comps or a custom grind
