Mod
I was debating which mod do you guys think i should do, its either steeda pullys, SCT tuner, or a 75mm throttle body with a plenum. Which one would give me the most gains.

If you chose the throttle body, then get a 70mm, not a 75mm; the extra 5mm won't give you one thing. Also I would get the SCT tuner after doing the throttle body, so those two would go together for me. If those are the three choices you have, I vote pulleys.

tuners only work for 99+ and every 1 in 100 98's to recalibrate the speedo.
speed cal or speedo gear is the only way to fix it i do however recommened the tuner, it'll optimize all ur privous mods and maximize ur future mods potential

I don't know what all your plans are, but eventually get a tuner. In my case I just ended up buying pretty much most the performance parts, and then getting the tuner last (all within a somewhat short period of time) and then dyno tuned the car after all the work was done. Again, depends on your money situation and your plans for the car.

Looking at your signiture line, I'd say your running out of bolt ons....
But i'd do the tb and plenum first, as I noticed that more than I did When I installed the u.d. pulleys.
