so my idle has been all messed up, as in it hung at like 1500rpm every time i used the clutch. so i finally just went to murrays and got a new tps and hopefully that fixed it. btw can you adjust the old tps, cuz i couldnt figure out how.

You also might want to clean your IAC and MAF as well, that can also make it idle and run better.

If you get a 40 dollar IAC spacer, that will help it drop to idle a lot faster. im gonna buy one.

My bet is that the TB plate needs to be closed a little more. Especially if the problem started after messing with the TB. You may also have a vacuum leak, so rule that out if you were not messing with the TB, but did mess with the motor. The TPS can slightly be adjusted due to some slack in the bolt holes. If you punch out the metal inserts, you can adjust it more. It really needs to be between about .93 and .99V, but less than 1V and you should be fine. The ecu will calibrate it on every startup and all TPS calculations are based off of closed throttle.
