Big trouble with 97 GT, any Ford techs out there?

I recently purchaced a wrecked 97 GT vert, that I thought would make a decent builder, it's a light ditch on the passenger side pushed the wheel back and a couple body parts ..
It had been sitting for a couple years without a battery or having been run , when I purchaced it it had been worked on by someone with lets say less than a good idea what they were doing ...
they had replaced some panels and front end parts ... without pulling the frame, but I can repair all that ...BUT...it will not run...
Anyway the car has a Theft lamp on at all times, I was told by the dealer that I needed to have the Pats key system programmed, so I towed it to them and had them cut a key and attempt to program the two keys I then had ...
but they next told me that their scan tool will not comunicate with the ECM
and I needed to get a working ECM in the car before they can program the Pats key system..
well I got a known good ECM put it in and got a scanner from a friend and still got *No comunication* *check connection* messages from the scanner ..
the engine turns over fine but NO spark, No fuel, and No injector pulse
(I have checked the fuel cut off in the trunk)

I have so far checked all of the Fuses, Relays, and most of the wireing harness for the side of the car that was closest to the damage and found Nothing ..I also removed an aftermarket alarm/doorlock/system form the car and reconnected all of the spliced wireing and connections
I was told there is a secondary computer box under the front fender of the passenger side (that supposedly controls the spark and fuel) that I also replaced with a good one that did not do anything either, but that was before I tried to have the second key cut and programmed ..

I guess my biggest issue is Im a GM service tech and Know little about the Ford systems or wireing so im looking for a little help with a schematic or diagram to give me a clue what I need to look for or at to start diag on this thing ...
Any help is appreciated !

Unfortunatly Im in a forced retirement due to an injury so I don't have access to alldata or any other online services at this time...
Im in process of checking all of the wireing and connections on that side but so far everything seems to be intact ...
Im also trying to locate a wireing schematic for thet year chassis to have a better idea what to look for but I have had no luck locating an online source for that sort of thing
(for free anyway).. If anyone has anymore ideas let me know Thanks .
