Radiator

Hay guys new here,i have asked the same ? on all kinds of board's and know one can help.i have a 96 gt that i want to put a new alm radiator in,but the car has had some work done to it from the guy who had it before me.my ? is how do i tell if the car has the factory rad in it or the update rad.if i buy a new alm one,and find out it is wrong they will change to restock plus down time on the car thanks.

Take a picture of it, and post it on here. If its aluminum it would probably have a chrome finish on it.

To tell you the truth I dont have a clue ehter. Scoooter he isnt talking about an aluminum one in there now, but the 97 and later Recall radiator in his car. You can get the 97-98 radiator in a 96 non improved radaitor slot with a little hammer action though from what i have heard.

Oh, gotcha. I wasn't reading carefully enough. Yeah, I have no idea to tell either. But you can get a Mishimoto full aluminum for about two hundred dollars.
