New fuel injectors help

Alright guys give me some advice here, this is where I am clueless. I want to put new injectors in but unsure what size I can safely go up to. Sometimes I think my chokes when I hit the throttle due to the lack of fuel intake. Maybe in my head. WOT is no problem! Anyways if this or isn't the problem I still want new injectors. So with the mods listed below, tell me what is safe! Thanks in advance for any help!

Current mod

B&M shift kit
3.73 gears
Steeda under pulleys
BBK CAI
BBK 70mm spacer
Accel Coil Packs
FRPP 9mm wires
NGK Iridium plugs
Royal Purple Oil
Steeda lowering springs on 4 corners
X-CAL 2 with 93 tune from Amazon racing
Flowmaster Delta Force II mufflers
Pypes x-pipe with high flow cats

That delay you are talking about is more likely the engine getting too much fuel when you mat the peddle. If when you pound it, it seems to take a bit of time to actually get up to RPM, it has to do with the way your engine is tuned. As for injectors. You can put F***N huge ones in as long as you get it tuned for it. Most hand helds only support up to 42 lbs. ones before you have to get custome tuned.
