The Tri-ax looks kinda long is it just the shifts are short is the entire shaft also shorter then stock , because thats one of the features I deffinatly want a more compact smaller Shifter with smaller needed shifts. ??

not positive but i believe the tri ax has different settings for the height of the lever and yes the throws are very short on it.

i heard that the tri-ax almost shifts itself into third!
The tri-ax is what i am getting when my swap is done.
