brakes

I put new pads and rotors on the rear of my car and when i drove it yesterday the pads and rotors got really hot and smelled pretty bad. Is this normal or should i take it apart and inspect it again. Thanks Guys

re-inspect. And make sure you bed them in. And double check that they didn't have any protective coating that you forgot to take off.

Yeah that could be it. If you left some plastic shit on the pads, that usually smells pretty bad when its burnt off. Happened to my buddy.
