Retaining bolts on front bumper snapped... now what?

I was loosening the two retaining bolts on each side of the front bumper to take the bumper off and low and behold, 3 out of 4 of them snapped due to rust. Finally after removing the bumper, I see that the bolts are held in by a piece of metal that is "L" shaped which is then riveted to the bumper. Now, my question is... can that piece of metal with the retaining bolts be replaced for both sides? I can't seem to find it on the internet.... yet.

Are you talking about the bracket that goes here?

yeah, thats it. Its supposed to be riveted in the bumper in that picture.... its missing in that one. But yes, those are the brackets I have to replace because the retaining bolts are pressed into those metal brackets.

I'd call a few junk yards and explain what you want to them. They shouldn't want more than a few bucks for them.

Otherwise you will have to go to the dealership and show them on their diagrams what you want and pay full price.
