Ok so after basically installing and completely new cooling system, I FINALLY got all the kinks out of it.

So I drive it around the block a few times to get it warmed up and then i pull in the driveway and pop the hood, the fan turns on and the temp gauge goes back to o on the normal and fan turns off im thinking YAYYYYYYY.

However i start to see a very lil touch of smoke behind the motor so i start trying to look around to see where it is coming from, but before i could look look enough to see anything the car acts like it starts wanting to cut off. So i run back to the cockpit to check gauge and its still reading cool, but i immed shut it off.

I took another 30min looking for anything dripping underneath or behind it. the ONLY thing i could find was where the heater core runs into the intake manifold out of the firewall, it has a small crack in the plastic part that comes up where the hose connects and some built up dried coolant there. I had to bypass the hoses to the heatcore on the firewall last year, (didnt have the money and wasn't really into the mechanic side of things back then). I figure i'll pull the hose off and clean the area and see if i can seal up the small crack for time being.

What was making the car want to stall out even tho the fan cooled the fluids back down?

Gonna be a beauitful day tommorrow i'd like to spend it workin on her.
