Suspension Upgrade??

Hey guys for christmas i am getting some suspension upgreades. My budget is around 400. I was thinking upper and lower control arms and some lowering springs or maybe some shocks. If you guys could give me your input on what I should get i would appreciate it. On which parts to get and what companies are good and what you guys would get with the 400.

Hint of advice, if you buy springs, buy shocks at the same time.

why is that? Is it easier to install with them both? Also i im installing new heads, cams, and full bolt ons right now so i was told that upper and lower control arms would help get the power to the wheels. Is this true.

i would agree with the new shocks, i lowered my car and now it needs shocks. im not sure if its because they are worn, or if the lowering lowered (no pun intended) their life span.

Get some sub frame connectors for sure tho

stock shocks wont work well with the new spring rate and the added compression

Yup, what he said. SFC's should be your first suspension upgrade.
