Uh, I don't really know. My car was out for a good 2-3 weeks so I didn't drive it obviously til' it was back on. I was driving my Honda, so when I got back in the GT yes I noticed a difference lol. But I think it was more of a mental aspect like "new part in engine" thing. Or maybe it was cuz I went from driving the Honda to the GT again...

I bought that one from American Muscle. My engine is completely stock. With non-PI heads and she works just fine.

Get it from Summit. Same price as Ebay, or less, plus you get it from a seller who can back their products up should anything not go right. And remember to use compressed air to clear out your spark plug holes before you reinstall everything.

No you dont need pi heads to put a pi intake on. You have to make a few adjustments such as a coolant line and nipple and you have to cut the gaskets, but other than that, its pretty simple.

I just bought a new intake manifold and it came in the mail. Its a stock replacement so its non-pi, and this paper that came with it says that it doesnt need a new gasket when replaced because the gasket is molded into the manifold itself.... true?
