PI cams
Would STOCK PI cams and springs be an upgrade from my stock cams? Or do they need to be aftermarket performance to see a hp gain?

the springs are the exact same npi or pi.......
the pi cams will gain u about 10rwhp on there own, u might as well swap the pi intake as well while ur in there and pick up the 35-45rwhp u get from the combo

they'll fit no matter what but it's easier to use the cams out of a 02-04 because there bolt on cam gears and not press on cam gears
theres a sygnifigantly higher chance u might jump a linc in the chains with press on
