Cam XE278AH in NPI engine????
sorry my english i have pourchase comp cam XE278AH and i would say fit into 4.6l mustang gt 1997 NPI engine and Head PI Romeo thanks

You are going to need valve reliefs. And without some porter heads it will not make much power from those cams... You are also going to ned pi intake and some upgraded valve springs...

Yep theres going to be PTV issues with that aggressive of cams.
