it's a simple but expensive swap....in addition to the engine, you'll need a Cobra ECM, both Cobra engine harness, 4V intake system, 4V coolant system and 4V exhaust...

well your MAF and air filter housing are the same as the Cobra's and I guess the rest really depends on how much of the actual intake mainfold you get....

the DOHC air inlet tube, thats the one that goes from the MAF to the thrttlbdy is @$200.00 new but it is "discontinued" by FoMoCo, so you'll have to check the classifieds on some of the sites or make your own....

i'm actually doing a 4v swap come april/mayish, its expensive if you dont have hookups. i got a brand new 4v motor right out of a ford training center for $0000.00

look in salvage yards for a wrecked cobra...get the whole setup together so your not looking for parts like me.

Like the others have said, if you're trying to piece it together, it will be rather annoying and perhaps costly. If you can come across a full engine, possibly a wrecked Cobra, you can pretty much transplant the entire engine and related with ease.

... and if you get the chance, grab the Cobra rotors, calipers, and tires. Those 13" brakes make a night and day difference. Gotta grab the tires because I don't believe the 16's will clear the 13" rotors.

you'll be better off trying to find a complete 4v engine. trying to find just the cobra intake manifold can be difficult to do at a decent price. try looking at car-parts.com thats where i got my 03 engine its a salvage yard website you can use to find one close to you.
